An expanded semi-closed cell foam base on EPDM synthetic rubber blend, for a variety of high performance gasketing and insulation applications.
Main Features
☆Low density, soft for easy compression to effectively seal gaps with large tolerance；
☆Compression of 80% or greater will provide a closed-cell structure;
☆Low compression load, not lead to deformation of opponent parts or structures after filling;
☆Low VOC;
☆Durability, weatherability, cold and heat resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance, chemical resistance excellent, not easy to deteriorate.
Application
☆Application such as gasketing around HVAC modules, pass-through seals, interior trim seals, component weather stripping, etc.
